During the workshop, I will explain not only what mindfulness is and what the difference is between classic meditation, but also show you proven facts that mindfulness works and the history behind it. We will be learning easy & practical exercises as well as reviewing additional excercises that you can continue practising at home to reduce stress on a longterm-basis.
