WHAT IS THIS EVENT?
This is a weekly class focused around exploring the foundations that make up ancient practices like Yoga, Mindfulness, and Self Inquiry. Each week the class will start with a short meditation to cultivate an environment of seeing and direct experience by exploring the nature and qualities of presence/awareness/consciousness in the moment. When one is in presence, one is out of the thinking mind and more aware of the body and the environment of the present moment. Here we can naturally stay. After the meditation all questions relating to spirituality are welcome.
WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?
This weekly class is for anyone looking to make a shift in their life. For those who have experience with meditation and for those who do not. For those looking to experience presence and what it means to “live in the present moment”. This will be a class focused around learning to step out of our thinking mind and fully into our being. All are welcome. Beginners encouraged!
