WHAT IS THIS EVENT?
This is a progressive pilates course starting in October. This course entails classic Pilates exercises on the mat, as well as the use of PROPS, which are tools like elastic bands, rings and pilates balls. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
You can either attend the full course or drop in for single classes as well.

This classes are for anyone who would like to built muscular strength and flexibility, improve their posture and re-shape their bodies.
Izabela is a Personal Trainer and Pilates/ Body Rolling Teacher with 10 years experience in Italy, where I was managing my own Pilates Studio and sportive association “Conero Pilates School.” In 2018 Izabela became a certified hypnotherapist, in London by Marisa Peer. She practices hypnotherapy in Gozo, Malta and online.
Every Tuesday from 5:45 – 6:45 pm and every Saturday from 9 – 10 am
€10 drop in fee or €80.00 for an 10 class package
