This workshop is an opportunity to experience the subtle power of the breath – the breath that cleanses, recharges the entire somatic system and enhances vital energy.
You will learn a sequence of breathing techniques according to your needs. You will learn how you can change the way you feel by using specific breathing techniques and how these techniques affect the mind, body and state of consciousness.

Breathing happens naturally since the day we were born. The way we breath effects our physical health, our mind, our emotional state and our life in general. Breathing is a key to connect to the body, mind and spirit.
WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?
This workshop is for anyone who is interested to learn more about breath as a tool in order to influence the mind, body and the state of one’s consciousness. This is an opportunity for anyone to dive deep into the topic of Pranayama and breath work. This workshop is for both beginners or advanced practitioners.
Originally from Ukraine, for many years I travel around the globe and share yoga in Maldives, India, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Ukraine and now also in Malta, in the beautiful island of Gozo. My passion is to help people integrate yoga into their lifestyle, as regular yoga can transform the quality of life of every person who follows the practice, regardless of their age, tradition or health status.
Certified in Rishikesh, India, my knowledge allows me to create group and individual yoga programs according to the person’s health and needs. I offer to the public Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, meditation pre- and postnatal yoga sessions.
